Nugget Bark (1/8″ to 2″)

Nugget bark is a “clean” bark or bark chips. They have virtually no “fines”  and are commonly used for walkways or ground cover. It works well in low maintenance or windy areas. It is slower to break down and is a nice alternative to shredded bark. Nuggets offer beautiful color for your landscape with rich browns and red undertones.

We have 3 sizes available with our blower truck: Mini Pebble are 1/8″-3/8″, Extra Small are 3/8″-1″ and Small are 1″-2″.

Tip: When calculating yardage, add about 10% volume for nuggets for ideal coverage due to the lack of fines.
